Former Swedish House Mafia bosses Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso have been commissioned for a song on the soundtrack of the sequel to ‘Monsters Inc.’ titled ‘Monsters University’. The track is titled ‘Roar’ and you can the track in the preview above. Personally, I am very unimpressed by the track and think it sounds very bland… But it is for a disney movie opposed to the dance floor I suppose.
Daft Punk Confirms Rest Of Collaborators For Random Access Memories In New Commercial Premiered At Coachella

Last night at Coachella a new Daft Punk trailer was aired on the festival screens. The opens up with Pharrell Williams on the mic with Nile Rogers on the guitar and the two robots in the back on the drums and bass. At the end of the trailer the rest of the Collaborators on the album are announced, including Nile Rogers, Giogrio Moroder, Todd Edwards, Pharrell Williams, DJ Falcon, the Strokes Julian Casablancas, Animal Collective’s Panda Bear, Paul Williams and Chilly Gonzales.

I Am Benga: Red Bull Documentary

Just weeks after we watched Red Bull Stratos, in which Felix Baumgartner performed a world breaking supersonic free fall from space, the documentary specialists at Red Bull have announced their newest project. Unlike their normal fast paced action packed footage, Red Bull will be capturing a thrill seeking adventure of it’s own kind, as they plan to get inside the mind of the bass driven legend, Benga. This six part series will follow and expose Benga’s massive year of 2012, in which he started his own record label (Benga Beats), formed his own live show on BBC Radio 1, and the year where he “removed himself from the dubstep genre”.
