Wobble Wednesday: Zeds Dead & Omar Linx – Cowboy (Remixes)

The mere collaboration between Zeds Dead & Omar Linx was a revolutionary thing for the industry within itself; combining the raw power of bass music with hip-hop’s lyrical flow. Their first EP, Victor, released just under a year ago and was a massive hit within the underground community. They have since continued to release new tracks together, but perhaps none bigger than “Cowboy”. The original mix hits you like an emphatic punch with the perfect blend of strength and musicality. Such a track could not go unnoticed by fellow industry favorites the likes of Torro Torro and Congorock. Both have offered their own renditions in this remix package along with lesser known UZ and DC Breaks. There is something here for everyone as a wide array of genres are included in this package such as electro house, trap, drum & bass, electronica, and dubstep. Go ahead and check them all out below and decide for yourself which one you like best.

Congorock & Stereomassive feat. Sean Paul – Bless Di Nation (Clockwork Remix)

Clockwork is quickly becoming one of my top producers to watch in 2013. He is one of the most diverse talents we have in the studio as he never abides by the rules of conformity. His willingness to push boundaries and create sounds that have never been heard before speaks for his tenacity as an artist. His most remix of Congorock and Stereomassive’s “Bless Di Nation” does just that with a bevy of high pitches blips and distorted wobbles. This is the type of electro house track that will make you lose all inhibition as it forces you onto the dance floor. Give it a listen today and enjoy..

Autoerotique – Roll The Drums EP (Original Mix + Remixes)

Another massive EP has been released today from Dim Mak’s own, Autoerotique. Roll The Drums is an Electro-driven compilation featuring the beautiful vocals of Marissa Jack. The original along with the remixes all pack a powerful punch that would most assuredly send any crowd into a frenzy. Felix Cartel’s rendition is a masterful production from start to finish while Torro Torro’s remix manages to thrive off of the already intense bass to take the track to a new level. Don’t just take my word for it, check out the entire release below for yourself!

Clockwork – Squad Up EP

Clockwork has just released his debut EP on Dim Mak records. This EP has a bass heavy, electro massive, hard hitting sound with remixes from Dillon Francis, Botnek & Torro Torro. Clockwork really shows of his chops with this EP, and really gives us reason to believe he is here to stay. Personally, my favorite remix is the Torro Torro remix of ‘Squad Up’, let us know which is your favorite. Also, be sure to check out our interview with Clockwork here if you haven’t already.
