Surprisingly, many people don’t know that the guys of Swedish House Mafia have been around for years, and many miss the old school sound that was so unique and simultaneously simple. Well, it looks like we took a time machine ride back to early 2000s because the old Steve Angello is back, ladies and gents! The Depeche Mode remix of my “Soothe My Soul” has quite an interesting collaboration featuring Angello with Jacques Lu Cont, also known as Stuart Price. Lu Cont is the production man behind many well known bands like The Killers and No Doubt, and single acts like Lady Gaga. With a few Grammy awards under his belt, Lu Cont is a seasoned producer. Both guys deliver their own unique part to the track; Lu Cont’s perfected production style, and Angello’s reflection of the classic Rock song through his vision. Utilizing the vocals in a perfect way, this is a high energy track with deep sounds and well fitted drum beats. Releasing June 5th, this is a remix you won’t want to miss out on. Steve Angello Announces Partnership With MiO Energy And New Exclusive Track

The legendary Steve Angello has just announced that he has partnered up with MiO, the energy liquid water enhancer, and you can unlock a free exclusive Steve Angello track. To get the unreleased track the fans have to go to MiOnights.com and upload photos of them “capturing the night” on instagram. Once enough photos have been shared the exclusive track will be released. Steve will also be playing a secret show in Miami during Miami Music Week to kick off this brand new partnership and all fans there will be able to automatically unlock the track.

The French producer has been making some great tracks that range from electro house to more downtempo electronica offerings, and he’s been collaborating with the industry’s best. After a massive performance in Moscow for Swedish House Mafia’s One Last Tour, Swanky Tunes has refocused their attention to claiming the EDM charts. This new remix of Matchbox Twenty’s “Put Your Hands Up” just shows that this Russian trio truly gets it; the remix’s massive sound and flawless use of vocals pretty much guarantees that it’ll be a crowd favorite. With the imminent breakup of the Swedish House Mafia, it looks like Swanky Tunes is poised to take over as the next big EDM trio.

Joining Swanky Tunes is the young Dutch producer Ludovika, who appears to be catching a lot of attention from within the EDM community – performing alongside DJs such as Afrojack, Steve Angello, and Deadmau5. His Day & Night remixes of the track prove that he’s got a great feel for the music too; both remixes are very polished, fun takes on the track, alternating between smooth, progressive house and hard-hitting electro bass.
