The release of Snoop Lion’s album Reincarnated is approaching us quickly. On April 23rd we will see if Snoop dropping the “Dogg” and adding the “Lion” and going down to Jamaica to record a brand new “reggae inspired album” was all worth it. From the songs to release so far, “La La La”, “Here Comes the King”, and the brand new, “No Guns Allowed”, I couldn’t be more pumped for this medication music. Snoop tactfully brought some major reinforcement onto this track as it features: Major Lazer (producing), Drake (vocals), Cori. B (vocals), his baby mama Shante Broadus (vocals), Stewart Copeland of The Police (percussion), and sampling Beirut’s hit track, “Nantes”. Snoop just came off two massive performances, as he played both weekends of Ultra and this song can serve as the perfect cure for those in the post Miami blues.
