For lovers of Coldplay and songs that go through a journey of bass, we have quite the treat for you. This cover of Coldplay’s “Paradise” by the UK live dubstep/electronic band, Modestep, is an incredible tribute to the 2011 anthem, “Paradise”. Now you might be asking, why is this a cover and not a remix? Well, the answer is because Modestep is a LIVE band; meaning a singer/pianist, drummer and guitarist. This rendition of “Paradise” isn’t sung by Chris Martin, in fact it’s sung by Modestep singer, Josh Friend who sounds freakishly identical to Martin. The wobbles that tag along are also created by the band, which gives them a truly distinct feature. Get this song for free download below and check out the video of them performing this gem in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge to prove this is truly Josh Friend singing.
