Kill Frenzy really knows how to wow when it comes down to booty poppin’ bass house tracks. His most recent remix of UK-Natives, Hannah Wants & Chris Lorenzo’s “Dappy” has got me saying “Oh My God” through out the entire track. His funky working of vocal sampling and deep whipped synths is second to none in the Ghetto Booty House scene. In just a few short weeks this banger will be released to the public through Food Music Records. Tune back in on April 1st to get the link.

It not only reveals a deeper beauty in the music, but also reveals a different side of the music to both non-believers and lovers of EDM alike. I Love This City SF: Official Recap

There are few things more exciting than experiencing the first year of a new music festival. Although past experiences may draw thousands of people, including myself, back to major events such as Coachella and EDC, the sheer adventure of uncharted festival territory may be equally as enthralling. This was the first year for the twin festival, “I Love This City,” being hosted in both San Francisco and San Diego, and I had the opportunity to attend the SF event over the past weekend. More pictures and a breakdown of the weekend after the jump. [Read more...]

Wobble Wednesday: Kill The Noise & Datsik – Lightspeed (Original Mix)

The electro/dubstep powerhouse that is Kill The Noise teams up with the one and only Datsik to produce an incredible electro track, “Lightspeed.” Although leaks of the track began to surface a few months ago, the full studio release is finally out on OWSLA. This track features plenty of bass-filled synths, pitching stabs, and even an electro-type organ. Hopefully we will get to see more collaboration between these two artists in the near future. Turn your speakers up and enjoy!
