Discopolis – Falling (Committed To Sparkle Motion) (Axwell Radio Edit)

Axwell - techibeats

The highly anticipated release of Axwell’s Radio Edit of “Falling (Committed to Sparkle Motion)” is finally here for all of our listening pleasures. Much different from the bigroom Dubvision remix of the track earlier released on Axtone and heard in the Mafia’s sets, Axwell goes with the feel of the original track by the 4-piece electronic band, Discopolis, from Edinburgh. The mix of the live instrumentation with Axwell’s electronic production makes for the perfect electronic-alternative combination. It’s amazing to see Axwell branch out so far from his typical club sound where he has been since he first made it as a DJ/Producer, yet it speaks wonders for his musicianship as this song blatantly shows his versatility as a producer. His latest solo ventures as well as the quality productions that have been coming off of his power house label are just a taste of what is to come. Enjoy!

Discopolis – Falling (Committed To Sparkle Motion) (Axwell Radio Edit) [Official Music Video]

Getting ready for it’s release next Monday, the official music video of Axwell’s Radio Edit of “Falling” by Discopolis has been released. As a multi-genre music lover myself, I fell in love with this song the second I heard it. The vibes and musical composition of “Falling” really hit it off for me, giving off a similar feeling to the electronic-alternative style of M83. It’s great to see that Axwell is giving house music a rest and executing production in this realm flawlessly. I hope some of his fans can make this move as well and branch out to some different music that is nothing but amazing. Enjoy!

Discopolis – Falling (Committed To Sparkle Motion) [Axwell Radio Edit] [Preview]

Following the bigroom Dubvision remix of Discopolis’s ‘Falling (Committed To Sparkle Motion)’ on Axtone, the label boss and former mafia man Axwell takes his crack at the track. To much surprise the track is in a much different vein than the big room, stadium anthems that have come to define the producer’s recent work. This edit is a euphoric track but definitely not a club track, with a much slower tempo Axwell shows a side that is very different and honestly very refreshing. It is exciting to see how the three Swedish House Mafia members will begin to branch out after the break up of the group, and it will be interesting to see what else Axwell has in store for the future.

Here’s a nice remix of Los Angeles band HAIM’s track, “Falling,” done by beat master Duke Dumont. The song screams palm trees, ocean, and west coast, with an array of drums, smooth synths, and bit of funky guitar. It’s a mellow track, but definitely worth a listen! The track is released April 1st, but you can pre-order the remixes of “Falling” through iTunes HERE. Enjoy!

Digitalism vs Tommy Trash – Falling (Official Music Video)

Digitalism is no stranger to obscure music videos and their most recent one for their track, “Falling”, alongside Tommy Trash is no exception. The video itself looks like a nightmareish children’s show from the 80′s sequentially cut to the beat of the track. Go ahead and check it out, but you can’t say I didn’t warn you..

Tommy Trash vs. Digitalism – Falling (Original and Tommy Trash Version)

Tommy Trash is back along side Digitalism with an amazing release titled ‘Falling’. We have both the original and the Tommy Trash remix. Both versions are similar and very good, Tommy’s version just has a little more meat behind it than the original which is definitely expected with his hard hitting style of production. Enjoy!

Tommy Trash vs. Digitalism – Falling (Original Mix & Tommy Trash Remix) [Preview]

Tommy Trash and Digitalism have collaborated on an amazing track with Spinnin’ Records that is sure to be a hit on its release date on July 23rd. “Falling” has an awseome, catchy synth melody that almost sounds like Daft Punk, continuing into the drop that has a groovy beat to get you moving. Tommy Trash also provided us with his own remix of the track as well, having more energy and a little harder electro feel to it making it a banger for the clubs! Be sure to check back for the full release!

Digitalism – Falling (Tommy Trash Remix) [Preview]

Tommy Trash seems to have no obstacles when it comes to producing new sounds or styles, and he has proved himself once again with his latest remix to Digitalism’s “Falling”. With such a catchy melody, the original beat is nothing to complain about, but when Tommy adds his own build at the 2:33 mark, we can all hear a deeper house influence. Be sure to check back for the official release of this track, and if you haven’t already seen our video interview with Tommy himself, check it out here!
