Phoenix has been killing it this past year with their countless festival headlines this summer and their rise back to the top with the release of their latest album Bankrupt. Hot Natured has only  increased the hype surrounding Phoenix with their remix of Phoenix’s hit single off of Bankrupt, “Entertainment.” Straying far away from the original energy, hard hitting beats, and up-tempo from the original, Hot Natured turns the “Entertainment” into a very chill, disco/house track that is just as, if not more, pleasing to the ear. Thomas Mars’ vocal samples are stellar on top of the layers of funky bass, disco-inspired percussion, and syncopated synth stabs produced by Hot Natured. Enjoy!

The Legend DJ Sneak joins international DJ Riva Starr to provide the vocals for this groovy house track that takes you back to a time when disco ruled the dance floors. This is a funky anthem with tribal beats and full of house loops and samples. “In Da House Tonight” is an homage to the Gold Age of house music with DJ Sneak himself talking about house music and sweaty listeners packing the nightclubs and warehouses. Toolroom head honcho, Mark Knight, coined this one of the biggest tracks of 2013 and rightfully so. He is just among many huge names that have praised this beautiful production. This track will be featured on Riva Starr’s anticipated album Bateria Fantastica and is released on his very own Snatch! Records.

With its bouncy rhythm, accompanied by a melting piano and a soothing vocal melody, this track is a perfect addition for your sunday afternoons. New Daft Punk Song Revealed In Mysterious Commercial

Last night during the television show Saturday Night Live we got more concrete Daft Punk news as they premiered a new song during a very short commercial. Even if you were watching you could have missed it as it was only 15 seconds long. The commercial consisted of their rotating logo and the two helmets merging together to form the the picture that they revealed on their facebook recently. Even as the infamous duo continues to unveil more news about upcoming new music they still manage to stay incredibly mysterious.

I’m feeling reallll groovy this Saturday. It finally feels like autumn here in SoCal, and this track provides the perfect chill vibes for an outdoor party where the wind is a bit chillier and the leaves are turning red. It’s the perfect complement to an extra large Hefenweizen.
