Here we have a massive new tune released today on Sebastian Ingrosso’s Refune Records – “Rage” by Deniz Koyu. This song brings the heat from start to finish and is the perfect followup to his massive hit, “Bong”. Arguably one of his best tracks to date, “Rage” does exactly what the title says as it would force even the mellowest of crowds into a frenzy.  This track is a raw blend of progressive house with electro roots. The Dutch duo No_ID joined their Axtone Management labelmate Dirty South earlier this year on his City of Dreams tour; this particular live set from the tour was recorded at the Palladium Hollywood on November 24th and features the two DJs laying down some tight, groovy house. They seem to cover most of the bases here – you’ll hear everything from the big progressive tracks to sexy deep house beats. It’s a shame to miss out on a show like this one, but you can recapture some of the excitement with the free live set below. Enjoy!

Miike Snow – Pretender (Deniz Koyu Remix)

There is just something about Miike Snow song that makes everyone want to do remixes of their songs. With that being said, Deniz Koyu managed to get his hands on “Pretender” and once again made a masterpiece out of an already amazing song. Other than the incredible vocals of Andrew Wyatt, Deniz Koyu extracts new themes and ideas from the original “Pretender” while adding his own electric feel in the form of chopped up vocals, a catchy melody in the chorus, and a bigger and slower house bass beat. Interview: Deniz Koyu

Deniz Koyu is a producer and DJ that has made a massive name for him self in the past year. He started making music at five years old when he began to learn the piano. His inspiration at an early age came from artists such like Depeche Mode, Daft Punk, Kraftwerk or Cassius. Deniz spent most of his time DJing and editing his favorite songs using small tape recorders and sampling what he could. Deniz first saw success with his huge single releases “Tung” and “Hertz”.
