Here’s a killer remix of Tim Berg’s “Alcoholic” done by 2013′s spotlight duo, Cazzette. Leave it up to the Swedish pair to make trap cool again. The track doesn’t slow down until after the first two minutes, but when the it does, I’d imagine a crowd would go just as wild as I did in my bedroom. With perfect amounts of bass (perfect being a lot), and some typical trap-sounding synths made to fit the mold of the original, this song is definitely a winner. Tim Berg – Alcoholic (Cazzette’s Trapleg Remix) [Preview]

cazzetteIt seems these days everyone is taking a stab at producing trap music. Cazzette is no exception to that generalization. The electro duo have taken the track “Alcoholic” by Tim Berg, the artist formally known as Avicii and added a unreal electro trap remix to the song. “Alcoholic” in the Cazzette Trapleg remix begins with a delightfully funky back beat and progresses with intensity and build to include sirens and layers of synths. Then after the tagline lyrics of the song, “Alcoholic” breaks down into some gnarly trap beats that still include the electro influence of Cazzette. The full remix will be out on Leve7s April 19th, be sure to get the entire track when it’s released!

AVICII – Levels Podcast 009 [Free Download]

have the most recent installment of Avicii’s new podcast. The best part about tuning into these is the new music; the artists all have it, and we all want it. The set starts with Syn Cole’s remix of “We Are The Lucky Ones” and continues into a new vocal mix of Avicii and Nicky Romero’s “Nicktim.” My personal favorite is Darwin and Backwall’s remix of “Space 1010,” which adds perfect extra grunge to the set. Avicii also uses the podcast as a time to do a quick update of what he’s up to, which sounds like a lot of studio time. The Swedish duo Cazzette unveil their debut album titled ‘Eject Pt. 1′. After joining Avicii on the At Night team they quickly developed their signature ‘house-step’ sound and began to gain a large following while putting out banger after banger. Review: Avicii at Red Rocks

Avicii is currently embarking on his LE7ELS tour which is the first ever EDM arena tour. Last week he made a stop in Colorado to play at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison Colorado. Tim was accompanied by Cazzette and Swanky Tunes who both got to play 45 minute sets before Avicii’s set. For this LE7ElS tour he has a brand new, totally innovative stage and light show that consists of a very large blank face which has various visuals projected across it through out the show.
