Jewelz and Scott Sparks – Hot Rod / White Sun (Original Mixes)

After the smash hit “Toxic Rush” from the extraordinary pair Jewelz and Scott Sparks, we can only expect great productions from any collaboration the two work on. Here from Jewelz and Scott Sparks we have not one, but two amazing electro tracks, “Hot Rod” and “White Sun”. This perfect electro team have put their production skills to work yet again to create these killers songs, out today through Flamingo Recordings. The tracks have a similar feel to their sounds, however are extraordinarily different in content. “Hot Rod” is darker, incorporating a bass heavy back beat dominant in the intro. “White Sun” is funkier and more upbeat, with a melody present from the beginning of the track. I have a good feeling both of these tracks will be blowing up in the near future within many DJ’s festival sets. Tiesto – Chasing Summers (Club Life Volume 2: Miami) [Preview]

Following the teaser video that we posted from Tiesto earlier this week, it appears that the big surprise was the announcement of his newest Club Life mix compilation titled “Volume 2: Miami” which will be released under his label Musical Freedom. Tiesto says this mix is inspired by the city of Miami, the home of the Winter Music Conference and a sprawling scene for electronic dance music. From Tiesto himself, ”I picked Miami because it’s one of my favorite cities in the world.  There’s so much to do, the club life there is amazing, it’s a very glamorous city.  I play in Miami a couple times a year and that’s where I got my inspiration from on this album.” The album features many of Tiesto’s originals along with tracks that he feels gives off the experience of the Miami nightlife. “Chasing Summers” is the first single on his mix compilation and was the track used in his teaser video.
