Chicago, the birthplace of House music, has asserted itself as one of the leading cities in America for Electric Dance Music with Lollapalooza, North Coast Music Festival, the introduction of EDC Chicago this year, and the 2nd year of Spring Awakening Festival which has will be located at Soldier Field this June 14th, 15th, and 16th. Returning for its sophomore year, Spring Awakening has not only extended from 2 to 3 days long but has also expanded the quantity of quality artists from around the globe that will make an appearance this year. Decandence 2012 Lineup Announced

The Decadence 2012 New Year’s Eve one-day festival will be taking place at the Colorado Convention Center on December 31st, 2012. We are proud to announce the full, headlining lineup, which includes some of world’s top DJs performing all in one night. Some of the big artists to expect are ATB, Wolfgang Gartner, Zeds Dead, Mimosa, Krewella, Paul Basic, Rudee, Ecotek, and Fury. The event will have two stages providing a healthy dose of different music for everyone, the Global Dance Arena and Global Dub Arena. Legendary German trance producer, ATB, never creates anything short of timeless, and ’9pm (Till I Come)’, is no derivation from the claim. It’s original release in October of 1998 sparked a buzz in the dance community. The track hit #1 in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and with over 850,000 copies sold in 1999 alone, it became the United Kingdom’s fifth best-selling single of that respective year. Electric Daisy Carnival 2012 Las Vegas: Official Recap


Simply put, this weekend was UNREAL. It began Thursday morning with a five-hour excursion from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, stopping only once for our precious In-N-Out. After finally touching down at our suite at the Mandalay Bay, we made it down the strip to the Hardrock Hotel to meet up with the rest of the Techi Team. What then ensued could only be described as a night of complete debauchery, leading into the next morning ready to head back to Mandalay Bay, where our good friends Gregory Sills and Peter Sims, together known as Fista Cuffs, played the topless pool party. Now that the darkness was approaching, it was time to call the limo and make our way to the main event – the one and only Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas.
