Out soon on Beatport via Le7els, the official remix EP to Avicii’s melodic ‘Silhouttes’ will feature remixes from Syn Cole, EDX, and Lazy Rich. Each of the remixes aim towards various goals, but each track will undoubtedly feature the original mix’s seamlessly catchy vocals. Swedish House Mafia Sell Out Friends Arena Show + Add Extra Day

Just after the Swedish House Mafia has announced their farewell tour tickets went on sale for their debut show in their home town of Stockholm at the brand new Friends Arena, which has a 65,000 person capacity, on November 24. With the news of their retirement in combination with the hometown crowd these tickets were sure to go fast, but I don’t think that anyone could have predicted just how fast. In just 42 minutes the show was completely sold out! Because of this high demand the group decided to add another date on November 23. Tickets go on sale for the second date tomorrow at 9am CEST, you can get them here.

Jakob Liedholm is a 15 year house music producer from Sweden with skills far beyond his years. Here he gives us an incredible arena remix of the track ‘Some Nights’ from the indie band Fun. He brings us into the track with moving leads and a steady beat, which quickly moves into a building, melodic chord progression which is perfectly accompanied by the catchy vocals. Jakob really shows his talent with the MASSIVE big room house chord progression that honestly gives me the chills.
