The highly anticipated Group Therapy Tour made a stop in the City of Angels, a place where the beloved trio frequent their shows and vacations. Above & Beyond has spoken highly of Los Angeles highlighting its glamorous lifestyle, exuberant crowds and beautiful sunshine so its no wonder they were excited to return. The event, presented by Insomniac Events at the Los Angeles Historic Shrine Auditorium, did not fail to impress the thousands of people who came out for three continuous days of Group Therapy. Selling out at record speeds, the Group Therapy Tour has carried on this level of excitement through all its stops but there was something different about the shows in Los Angeles. Maybe it was people reminiscing about the memories of the amazing TATW 350 show at the Hollywood Palladium looking to relive that moment or groves of newcomers coming to experience what Above & Beyond’s really about. Whatever the reason,  die-hard Anjunabeats fans from all over Southern California filled the venue and you could immediately feel the trance family culture surrounding you. Rarely the group is able to perform as a trio but on this particular tour you were able to witness Jono Grant and Tony McGuinness, fellow Anjuna artist, Andrew Bayer, and LA native Davi open out their first two shows while James Grant joined the fun on the third and final night.  [Read more...]
