We have been seeing more and more commercials with DJ’s now a days but this one completely takes the cake. Tiesto is the star of a 3 minute long commercial that actually has a very humorous plot. The commercial also shows scenes from his most recent College Invasion Tour and has a unique spin at the end. At first we were a bit worried hearing that he was pushing a PC computer but as always Tiesto makes it look cooler than seeing him front row at one of his shows. Props to Tiesto on this commercial, if you haven’t seen it yet we highly recommend watching it above.

Former Disney Channel star, Miley Cyrus has made her return in front of the camera, in a rather unsuspected way. Miley teamed up with Israeli dubstep producer, Borgore (who is notably and openly one of the hornier men in the industry), to help create one of Borgore’s notorious promiscuous productions. The track “Decisions”, can simply be summarized in the line Borgore belts out that “Every day is my birthday, because bitches love cake”. The music video below features the new punk rock side of Miley as she reveals her newly blonde shaved sides and short top hair cut. Watch the video for yourself above as Miley makes her appearance around the 2:30 mark smearing cake on Borgore and making out with a dude in a horse head mask, classic Hannah Montana.

Technology: The V Motion Project

The Motion Project is a collaborative effort of some truly innovative minds who have combined motion technology and music production on a whole new level. The project makes creative use of the Xbox Kinect motion sensor, syncing it up with Ableton Live. The user in the video is able to control the ins and outs of the music production software using nothing but natural body motion and some solid programming. Synths, samples, loops, and even the various FX and filtering parameters are all controllable through learned movements; anything automatable in the program can be accessed.
