Born in Canada and currently living in Miami, Sydney Blu’s career is known for big singles and non stop touring. She even has had a chart-topping track ‘Give It Up For Me’ which became one of Beatport’s highest selling songs and making Sydney the only female electronic producer to ever have a top 10 hit on the website. Ms. Blu moved to Miami in 2010 and became the resident DJ at the world renowned club ‘Mansion Miami’. Sydney Blu has played to crowds all over the world  performing in places like Europe, Brazil, Colombia, Philippines, Mexico, Tunisia, Pakistan, etc. We had the huge opportunity to ask Sydney some questions and this is how it went. She builds this mix from start to finish opening up with her original track and progressing the mix into some heavy hitting productions. My favorite tracks in this mix are either ‘Nothing Matters’ by Mark Knight or the song she ends the mix on, ‘Let the Sun Shine (Tocadisco Remix)’. Diplo Set To Produce New Snoop Dogg Album, Now Under Stagename: Snoop Lion

One of the biggest acts in the world has undergone a massive transformation. Snoop Dogg underwent a revalation in Jamaica last February while he was recording his up coming reggae album, Reincarnated. The rapper transformed to Rastafarianism and consequently changed his name to Snoop Lion. Snoop Lion has called upon the legendary Diplo to head production on his next album which will further diversify his new musical direction. Shinedown – Unity (Matisse & Sadko Remix)

Matisse & Sadko have taken it upon themselves to remix one of Shinedown’s hottest singles and bring the zeal of “Unity” to the EDM world. The song takes the inspirational vocals of singer/songwriter, Brent Smith, and the musicality of the band Shinedown, while combining the beautiful grand piano sound of Matisse & Sadko with a progressive bass beat to bring us a truly superb dance song. This remix is one of three on the EP off of Atlantic Records, the others being by Liquid Stranger and Steve Lade. Another massive EP has been released today from Dim Mak’s own, Autoerotique. Roll The Drums is an Electro-driven compilation featuring the beautiful vocals of Marissa Jack. Felix Cartel’s rendition is a masterful production from start to finish while Torro Torro’s remix manages to thrive off of the already intense bass to take the track to a new level. Tiësto To Headline Staples Center October 20

Just this past weekend on July 27, people watched around the globe (both on YouTube and Fuse TV) as Kaskade played his sold out show at the legendary Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA. However, today it has been released that Staples Center is in for yet another EDM treat, for on October 20, Dutch superstar, Tiësto, will headline his first show there as well.
